How do I get a physical card?
Your employer decides whether your company uses a physical or virtual card.
Massage, transport, and wellbeing benefits are only available as virtual cards.
Lounari and Virike benefits operate on the same card, and you can also obtain them in physical form if your employer has chosen to order a physical version.
Even if you do not have a physical card, you can still pay with your smartphone or watch for contactless payments at the card terminal in the same way as with a physical card by adding your card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet.
