Where can I check my balance amount and expiring balances?

You can check the balance of your employee benefits in the Edenred application

Balances are generally valid for 2 years from the loading date.
 
In the new Edenred app, you can check the expiration dates of your benefits. So, download the new app now if you haven't done so already.
 
Once you've downloaded the new Edenred app, log in to your user account. Check the expiration date of your balances by first selecting the desired benefit from the top menu. About halfway down the page on the left, you'll find the "Expiring amounts" section.

Important to note:
  • The expiration date is the day when the balance will no longer be available for use. Please make sure to use the balance before the expiration date.
  • If your Edenred app is in Finnish, the date format is dd/mm/yyyy. If it is in English, the date format is mm/dd/yyyy.
  • If the section for expiring balances says "Your expiring amounts will appear here," your employer may have set a separate validity period for the balances. Please check this with your employer.
  • If you have multiple benefits, check the details of each benefit separately. You can see all the benefits that belong to you on the home screen of the Edenred app.
  • The card must be valid in order to use the balance. The card's validity period is not the same as the validity period of the balances. You can find the card details for each benefit in the Edenred app on your user account by first selecting the benefit -> Settings -> View card info.
