Where can I find my card details?
You can find your card details on your Edenred app user account.
The instructions are for the new Edenred app, so please download the new app first if you haven't done so already. See instructions how to download new Edenred app.
1. Go to the homepage. At the top, you will find all the benefits your employer has granted you. (Note. If you have both the Lounari benefit and the Virike benefit available, both benefits can be found under the same card, so they share the same card details.)
2. Choose the benefit of which card details you want to see.
3. Choose 'Settings' in the top right corner.
4. In the 'General settings' section, choose 'View card info'.
5. For security reasons, please enter your biometrics (fingerprint or FaceID) or the Edenred app's 4-digit security code you have set yourself.
6. On the front of the card, you will find your card number and your CVV code. You will need these for eg. online payments. You can easily copy the card number from the copy icon next to the card number.
If you have several benefits, please note that each benefit has their own Mastercard-based card, therefore each benefit card has its own details and validity.
Also, it doesn't matter whether the card is physical or virtual; you can find all of your cards in your Edenred app account.
