Where can I make a balance top-up request?

You can make a balance top-up request on the Edenred app, if your employer has enabled the feature.

Here's how to find the balance top-up request in the Edenred app:


1. Go to the homepage.

2. At the top, you will find all the benefits your employer has granted you. Choose the benefit (balance top-up request is available usually with the Lounari benefit).

3. About halfway down the screen on the left, you will find 'Top-up request', press on it.

4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
