How do I disable biometric authentication in the Edenred app?

This is how you turn off biometric authentication in the Edenred app.

You can disable biometric identification through the Edenred application. See instructions below:

  1. Log in to the Edenred app

  2. Select your user account

  3. Choose Profile

  4. Select Security settings: Disable Authentication
    1. Profile

  5. Enter your chosen PIN code
    2. Code verification

  6. Biometric authentication is now disabled
    3. Ready
