What is a Benefit group?

Benefit groups allow you to manage your company’s employee benefits and offer different benefits at varying values to different employees.

Each employee belongs to one benefit group, which determines their entitlement to benefits.

You can create as many benefit groups as you wish and name them for example "Full-time," "Part-time," "Summer Workers," etc.

You can offer employee benefits to different benefit groups in different ways, for example:

  • Full-time employees receive both lunch and massage benefits.
  • Part-time employees receive only lunch benefits.
  • Summer workers receive a €100 massage benefit, while full-time employees receive €400.
  • You can move employees from one benefit group to another; each employee will automatically receive the benefits of the new group. For example, if a part-time employee is moved to the full-time group, a massage card will be ordered for them immediately. If a full-time employee is moved to part-time, they can continue to use their lunch benefit as long as the lunch card and balance remain valid.
  • Benefit cards for employees are ordered by adding them to benefit groups.

In the benefit group settings, you can:

• Select which benefits are included in each group.

• Set annual loading limits for Virike, transport, massage, and wellbeing benefits per benefit group.

• Define the lunch benefit loading value and loading method, which apply equally to all benefit groups that include lunch benefits.

• Enable the lunch benefit automatic repeat function separately for each benefit group.

Note: At the moment, it is possible to edit and create benefit groups, while the option to delete a benefit group will be available later.
