I haven't received the SMS confirmation message, what should I do?

If you have entered your phone number correctly, please check the spam folder in your text messages.

How do I check the spam folder in my phone’s text messages?

For Android users:

  1. Open your text messages
  2. Tap the magnifying glass icon at the top corner of the screen
  3. Depending on your device, the spam folder may be named for example Unknown, Spam, or Spam and blocked messages.

For iOS (iPhone) users:

  1. Open your text messages
  2. Tap the three-line menu icon at the top corner of the screen
  3. The spam folder may be labeled for example as Spam or Unknown Senders.
    (If you use a carrier or third-party SMS spam filter, messages may also appear separately under names like “Spam” or the service provider’s own name.)

What if I can’t find the text message in the spam folder either?
