How long are Edenred cards valid?
Our Mastercard-based payment cards are valid for 24 months from the date of order.
You can see the validity period of the physical card on its front and the validity period of the virtual card on your Edenred app user account like this:
1. At the top of the homepage you will find all the benefits your employer has granted you. (Note. If you have both the Lounari and the Virike available, both benefits can be found under the same card, so they share the same card details.)
2. Choose the benefit of which card details you want to see.
3. Choose 'Settings' in the top right corner.
4. In the 'General settings' section, choose 'View card info'.
5. For security reasons enter your Edenred app 4-digit security code you have set yourself or if you have enabled biometric authentication then use your finger print or face recognition.
Important to note:

The validity period of the card and the balance are different, and the card must be valid in order to use the balance.

Reordering physical cards is done by the person in your company responsible for employee benefits. If your card has expired and you have not yet received a new one, please contact your employer. Virtual cards are automatically renewed.

New cards must always be activated.
