      How do I cancel a balance order?

      You have already ordered balance, but you want to cancel it.

      If you use the Ordering tool:

      To cancel your order, please call our customer service as soon as possible.

      You can call us at 09 7594 2848 (lnf/mcf). Our up-to-date opening hours can be found here.

      If you use the Employer Portal:

      Your balance order has already been processed, so unfortunately it can no longer be edited or cancelled.
