How do I cancel a card order?

You have already ordered cards for your employees, but you want to cancel.

• If you have placed an order today, please call our customer service team today as soon as possible. You can call us at 09 7594 2848 (lnf/mcf). Our up-to-date opening hours can be found here.
• If an order has been placed on a different day, it unfortunately can no longer be cancelled.

If you use the Employer Portal:

• Your card order has already gone into production, so unfortunately it can no longer be cancelled.
