What is the difference between automatic and manual setting of the lunch benefit?

If the recommended maximum amount is selected as the usage limit for the lunch benefit, it will be loaded as an automatic maximum value. The employee will then choose the desired percentage (25/50/75/100 %) when making the load request.

If the loading amount is entered manually, the employee will select the desired number of workdays when making the load request.
