Why did my payment not go through?

It is possible that the maximum value of your lunch benefit usage limit is lower than the value of the lunch you are trying to pay for.

In this case, please check the maximum value of your lunch benefit usage limit in the Edenred app.

Here’s how to check your lunch benefit usage limit:

  1. Log in to the Edenred app. 
  2. Open Lounari page
  3. You'll see your maximum payment limit on the Lounari page, under the balance information starting from 3.11.2025.

Usage limit below the value of the lunch:

If the maximum value of your lunch benefit usage limit is lower than the value of the lunch, the amount corresponding to your maximum usage limit can be charged from your Lunch Card, and you will pay the remaining amount with another payment method.
