How is the usage limit determined?

The employer sets a usage limit for the lunch benefit that corresponds to the loading amount.

This will serve as the maximum payment limit for the employee. This means that the loading amount set for the employee is the same as the maximum amount of the benefit they can use per payment transaction.

The usage limit is set in the Ordering Tool settings:

  1. Log in to the Ordering tool, select the customer number to be managed, and choose Edenred card as the product.
  2. Open Settings in the upper right corner.
  3. Open the Lunch benefit spending limit from the menu.
  4. Set the spending limit and Save settings.
  5. Next, check the load settings for lunch benefit. Select the load method being used from the Ordering tool menu and specify how many working days the benefit will be loaded for.
