The invoice has already been paid – why did I receive the same invoice again?
If you have transferred money to the Edenred Wallet by credit card or online banking, the invoice you receive is an accounting document and does not need to be paid again. The monthly invoice has no amount due, as the prepaid amount has already been used to pay for the loads.
Advance invoice
The advance invoice is usually sent on the next business day after the payment.

- serves as an accounting document
- does not require a new payment
Monthly invoice (Edenred Wallet monthly report)
The monthly invoice is sent automatically at the turn of the month to the selected invoicing address.
It includes:
- Edenred Wallet transactions
- loading fees
- value added tax (VAT)
The monthly invoice has no amount due, as the prepaid amount has already been used to pay for the loads.
