What happens to money left in the Edenred Wallet?
Any money left in the Edenred Wallet remains available for your company’s use and does not expire.
If employees request less lunch benefit than has been transferred to the Edenred Wallet, the unused balance remains in the wallet for future use. The funds can later be used for new benefit load requests or for direct loads made by the employer.
What does this mean in practice?
- Any extra money transferred to the wallet will not disappear.
- The unused balance remains your company’s money until it is loaded to employees.
- The balance does not expire and can be used later for new benefit loads.
- If needed, Edenred can return the unused funds to your company free of charge.
Summary
If money remains unused in the Edenred Wallet, it stays available for your company’s future benefit loads. The funds do not expire, and if necessary, the unused balance can be returned to the company free of charge.
