I am trying to place an order using the Excel form, but I am receiving an error message. What does this mean?

The loading logic for the benefit has changed when using the Excel order form. The total amount to be loaded specified on the order form must be divisible by the usage limit set for the employees.
If the amount to be loaded is not divisible by the usage limit, the system will generate an error message.
