Customer's payment is not going through
Please ask the customer to check their lunch benefit maximum usage limit in the Edenred app.
It is possible that the usage limit is lower than the value of the lunch they are trying to pay for.
In this case, the amount corresponding to the maximum usage limit will be charged from customer’s Lounari card, and the remaining amount will be paid with another payment method chosen by the customer.
Another possibility is also that the balance on the customer's Lounari card is insufficient for the payment.
