Why can't I add Edenred payment card to Google Wallet or Apple Pay?

Check that your card is activated in the Edenred app and that your device is connected to the internet.

Disruption Notice 19.1.2026:

Some users may be missing the verification code in their email. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Temporary solution:

For Google Wallet users, the code might be found in the English section of the email, so scroll further down in the message. If the code cannot be found there either, both Google and Apple users can add the card through the Wallet app and then call our customer service to obtain the verification code. The addition request will appear in our system this way. Please have your card details ready before calling.

 

Also make sure:

  • You have a version of Android that supports Google Pay or a version of iOS that supports Apple Pay.
  • The card information you entered is correct.
  • Your card is not expired or amortised.
  • The Lounari and Virike benefits are on the same card, so they share the same card details. Otherwise, you will need to add each benefit's card separately.
