The activation serial number of the physical card can be found on the back of the card next to the CVC code in the bottom left corner.
The activation serial number of the virtual card can be found in the email sent by Edenred.
Please note if you have several benefits, each benefit has its own activation serial number. So you cannot use one and the same activation serial number to activate all cards.
Resending the activation serial number
You can resend the activation serial number for your virtual card to your email.
Once you are logged into your Edenred account, browse the homepage to see which benefits are available to you and which benefits have not yet been activated.
For the benefit in question, click 'Activate card.'
Then click 'Can't find your card serial number?' and follow the instructions on the screen. See the image below.
