Why is Lounari not available, when I am loading benefit?

Lounari benefit cannot be loaded directly to employees if employee load requests are enabled.

Transferring balances with employee load requests:

  1. Select ’Transfer money’ from the menu.
  2. The system shows a calculation for two months, but you can transfer any amount freely (e.g., for one month or half a year).
  3. The money is transferred to the Edenred wallet after payment confirmation, allowing employees to load their balance in real time through the Edenred app according to their needs.
    Remember that the Edenred wallet must always have sufficient funds. Company contact persons will receive an email notification when the balance is running low.
 

If you want to switch to direct loads:

  1. Select ’Benefit groups’ from the menu.
  2. Click ’Edit’ from the three-dot menu for the chosen benefit group (this setting applies to all benefit groups where Lounari is used).
  3. Enable ’General settings’.
  4. Select ’Employer direct loads' and save.
    The change will take effect from the first day of the following month and will disable employee load requests in the Edenred app.
