How do I load different amounts of Virike, massage, wellbeing, or transport benefits for employees?
You can load different amounts for employees by using direct loads. Different amounts are managed through benefit groups and by creating separate loads for each group or selected employees.
How to do it
- Go to Benefit groups in the main menu.
- Select Create benefit group in the top right corner.
- Give the group a name, for example Full-time employees or Part-time employees.
- Select the benefits included in the group and define their annual load limit.
- Add employees to the correct benefit groups.
- Go to Load benefit in the main menu.
- Select the benefit you want to load.
- Define the loading date and the amount to be loaded.
- Choose the target of the load: either a benefit group or selected employees.
- Select the payment method and confirm the load.
- Create a separate load if another group or employee should receive a different amount.
Please note that if employees are to receive different amounts, the loads must be created separately. Benefit balances for Virike, massage, transport, and wellbeing benefits are always loaded by the employer.
For email invoice and e-invoice: the invoice is sent the next business day and payment processing takes 1–3 business days. Once the full payment has been received, the balance is loaded to the employees according to the settings . You can change the invoicing method in the "Company information" section. NOTE: No separate receipt is available; the invoice also serves as the receipt.Example
