I cannot confirm my email address in the Edenred app

If you are having trouble confirming your email address in the Edenred app, please see the following instructions.

If you are using a work profile on your phone:

Email confirmation does not work when registering in the Edenred app using an email address  accessed through the work profile app on your phone. This is a security feature of the phone, and "forcing" confirmation into the app is also intended.

Possible solutions:

a) Send the email confirmation message to your personal email address and open the link in your personal profile app.

b) Copy the link from the email confirmation message received in the work profile email address  and open it in your personal app.

c) If options a. or b. do not work, reset your account using an email address where messages can be opened in your personal profile.
