My Edenred account is blocked, what should I do?
If your Edenred account is locked, you can still make payments using Apple Pay or Google Pay. Additionally, you can use your physical Edenred card if you have one.
Why is my account blocked?
Your Edenred app user account is temporarily blocked if you attempt to log in multiple times with incorrect credentials. This is a security measure.
How can I avoid account blocking?
If you receive a message about account blocking after the first incorrect login attempt, you can change your password immediately to avoid locking your account. You can also check your username from the same password recovery message.
What should I do if my account is already blocked?
- Your account will automatically unlock after 30 minutes following the block.
- If you still cannot log in after that, change your password and check your username.
Recommendation
If you haven't added your card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet yet, we recommend doing so. This way, you always have an alternative payment method available in the future.
